Team Members Biographies
Jim Kelleher
Founder and Managing Director

Jim holds a Bachelors of Business from the University of Georgia, a Juris Doctorate from Western New England University and an LLM in Tax from Georgetown University. He is a member of the Georgia Bar. With over three decades of mastery in federal and state tax, he has managed 3,000+ transactions globally. Jim has worked on hundreds upon hundreds of voluntary disclosure agreements. After excelling in Big 4 and middle-tier environments, Jim launched Venture Tax Group to champion the lower middle market. Venture Tax Group provides voluntary disclosure agreement services to customers around the country.
Patrice Kelleher

Patrice Kelleher holds a BBA from the University of Georgia. Patrice has extensive experience with QuickBooks and Avalara. She has handled sales tax registrations, sales tax compliance, and preparation of historic returns for voluntary disclosure agreements. Patrice helped to found the sales tax compliance function at Insight Tax Advisors.
